Is he chipped.. it's like he's a robot and says nothing but stares off at the wall or out the window like he's on pause mode.. then if someone says something that the MKUltra'lites don't like, he'll make the pepe Eeeeeeee, sound and start talking in relations to what you're saying for a moment and suddenly hook a 45* and go off- tangent and finalize with his not so trademark laughter.
but then again I wonder if he has a giant screen monitor or a projectior on his wall he watches

i have a tv i hook up to my lappy. sometimes the position im staring off too changes depending on where im sitting or if I'm using my other lappy.
