    Only approximately 20 to 30% is lifting weights. You don't need to go crazy in the gym, folks. Just enough to tear the muscle fibers. Keep in mind ...if you lift weights too extensively... and don't eat enough to 'fill in the gaps', you will lose muscle mass.
