He would spam peoples Inbox. Think about it, all you would have to do is set up like 5 sleeper alts and spam the forum normally and then use those sleeper alts to send 100 PM's to someone when you know they are offline. You could spam all the regular users and they would never be able to clear out their inbox.
It would be... so annoying..
