Though in LA or San Francisco or NYC, 15 USD is not decent... for the rest of the USA, 15 an hour guarenteed is a lot. and Amazon is hiring like crazy right now.

Bay Area is like 16-17 for working on the assembly line and drivers pay 19-20 an hour.. starting pay.

they call it seasonal as a "At Will" to let you go when they want. but that protects them from people who can't handle the preassure.. there is a lot. but it keeps you in shape. I guarentee you don't need to go to the Gym working the As-line job. Unless you want to build certain muscles you will get your cardio just fine.

The page says All USA is guaranteed 15 minimum wage pay. So in some place like Nebraska that might be like making 30-35 in Oakland San Francisco. which kind of is unfair because they only pay 1-2 dollars more than the rest of the country if you break down the cost of living.

if you worked on the Assembly line, tell me what it's like. I may not want to drive or be accepted out of all the candidates but I will say they need enough of the assembly line. Just tell me how it is. I'm also looking at another job that pays 15 but is just an on call all day long. So you get paid full time and wait to pick people up at different hours of the day.

Not really. Minnesota and Wisconsin aren't far behind California in terms of cost of living.

Everyone always forgets about the Chicago metro area....it's a very high cost of living out here and taxes are extremely brutal.

I heard amazon distribution centers are a total bitch to work at. Unreasonable targets to maintain and getting docked hours pay just for taking 5min toilet breaks.

Only a complete mug would put up with that for more than about 10 minutes.

If you currently don't have a job just relocate rather than piss around trying to find a job that pays you enough to live in a fucked up city/state.

Here is sunny Texas land, cars, gas, homes and whores are cheap and there is a glut of illegal immigrants who will work for peanuts, last time I moved I picked up 2 spics at the day labor pickup spot, paid them $50 each and bought them a burger for lunch and they did all the work...same with my illegal Mexican maid who cleans my shit twice a week for $30 and I can beat and sexually abuse her without fear of arrest...she's grown to enjoy it actually.

They are also hiring a lot in Canada but they put the warehoues in the middle of nowhere in between major hubs so you gotta commute to another city to get there.

No one wants to relocate to a 3rd world country though.
