    Eat legit and healthy food. Rice, eggs, chicken, broccoli, tuna sandwiches, fruit. Quit drinking, it adds a shitload of unnecessary calories to your diet, makes you lazier, and helps your body convert testosterone to estrogen, which fucks you up and makes you fat. Get one of those $25 pullup bars that fits in a doorway, and do pullups, pushups, leg raises, and squats a lot. Switch it up and do them fast and slow, just stick with the pain. The most effective reps will be the ones that hurt the most and take the most willpower. It's also like a mental exercise. You'll build up your ability to do things that have give you delayed gratification as opposed to instant gratification, which basically anyone with a history of drug addiction/heavy use has a problem with. Do that and start jogging/running for like 30 minutes at least a few times a week. Oh yea and get 8 hours of sleep. Fuck staying out late.

    Aside from probably killing my liver slowly I actually have a fairly healthy lifestyle. It's pretty easy to eat a healthy vegan diet and I get some light exercise but the whole health song and dance is pretty tedious, a painful ceremony that needs to be conducted to support more important activities.
