   Because they are all nothing but trouble. If you've ever lived in an area with a tent city or a robust homeless population you will know what i'm talking about. Tekhalla is when tweakers high on meth outnumber law enforcement and normal people on the streets, it's quite a sight to walk 10 blocks and see a handful of police cars doing different things while completely missing the naked homeless woman yelling from a cardboard box fort behind the KFC and the skinny girl tearing apart phones in the middle of the road.
