Similar when I'm at the movie theater, night club or restaurant with a line out front...I just walk passed them saying "Excuse me I'm British" and they all move aside for me and say things like "oh! go right ahead sir!"
ten times or so, so far. I unfortunately started going to jail when i was 17 twice for fighting with my papa. He got my first 2 charges expunged where i never had to go to court. my papa said it was a waste of money because I still turned out bad.
I havent been to jail in six years though, so hopefully I'll stay on track.

How exactly are we defining "arrested"?
I mean, if I count every time I've been handcuffed and tossed in the back of a cop car, I'd have to say dozens.
If we're including being taken into the station and processed (finger prints, setting a court date, the whole nine yards), then I believe there are only two such occurrences. One was a DUI back in 2007. The other was when a friend and I were drunk and were caught stealing flags from atop this one big name Canadian store; also in 2007.
I was especially deviant and careless in 2007 it seems.

how much did the dui end up costing you? I got lucky on missing those during my heavy drinking days...on one occasion I pulled into a gas station drunk as hell and there were 6 cops chillin outside drinking coffee...got out of my car and fell flat on my face...they just looked at me and carried on with their coffee...guess they were on a coffee break, lucky me.

There's a difference between being detained and arrested. I'm not talkin about being detained.

Financially, I can't even really remember exactly... something upwards of a thousand dollars... I think maybe around $2k in fines, etc.
I also had my license suspended for... I don't even remember. Six months? Maybe less, maybe more.

being arrested means you get booked and have to see the magistrate and spend 16 hours in a little cell wondering whats going to happen.
A couple times. Just minor shit and no time given to me, so not worth mentioning for what. Did learn valuable life lessons when each time I got home though. I found out I didn't have one anymore after the second time for 5 and half yrs. Father brought down his own sense of justice to me. Only talked to him a few more times after that...many yrs later.
Less than 10 and mainly for drunk and disorderly/ being a gob shite in my teens.
Last time I was 24, again for being drunk and fighting the police during an argument with my whore baby momma. This was in Scotland where my mother is from on new year. Me being an aggressive dick brought up the referendum and laughed saying we still owned them.
They twatted me I shit you not AND crushed my fucking phone. I didn't even dispute it.
this is the only mugshot i could find from like ten years ago, luckily they took down all the others because evidently its extortion to put ppls mugs (despite being public record) but to charge them to take it down.
