    My dad is like... a high functioning autist, career programmer... basically the prototypical repressed, nerdy, 1950s/1960s British schoolboy who was raised Catholic, but all grown up. Not to say he's totally hopeless or anything, he has some cool interests (motorcycles, soccer and stuff). We're pretty similar in that we spend most of our free time alone and in front of a computer, but that's about where the similarities end. Our relationship isn't exactly strained, so much as non-existent based on our mutual autism. *shrug*

    So... not me, I guess. Not super unhealthy either though.

    As for the more general answer to your question, it's women. Girls and their dads getting along is such a thing these days.
