   They're pretty harmless unless you corner it or step on it. Likely if you see one it'll just swim away. There are very few aggressive venomous snakes/spiders in the world.

   Liaoning province is one of the most heavily populated provinces in northern China. Doesn't seem outlandish to me that the disease is just where all the people and pigs are. Also, the problem is spread around China. The NK border isn't even where most of the infected people are.

   Have you tried sub mg doses of melatonin? 500ug usually has me in some pretty vivid dreams. I've had a few lucid dreams with it too, but usually they're pretty nightmareish. I don't know why. Melatonin sometimes gives me these terrifying DMT-like trips through reality.
   
   It's probably easier to springboard off melatonin and it's vivid dreams than it is to start lucid dreaming from scratch? IDK.
