So the first 4 days on the job I was paired with some fat bitch who's tone soon somewhat soured. Having being given little training I think I've not done too bad working my way around the company's complex CRM system, not like the straight forward ones I have been use to in the past.
I'd say the ratio of men to women here is 1:3 which you could say is a good thing if it were not for the fact that a good 1/3 of them are lesbians. Not butch ones which is a plus but a damn shame cause they're so hot. From what I've evesdropped some are just Bi as a result of abusive ex partners.
Now going back to the fat bitch, her training has been awful and albeit she's having to contend with her own workload, she should have more fucking decorum. Simply telling me this is that with no explanation as to why isn't going to help me next time. She's very bitchy and I can't help but think she may have been slating me behind my back, you can kind of sense the vibes you get off other colleagues when you come back from breaks etc. There seems to be a Laissez-faire hierachal structure here. It's important I don't make an enemy of even the most annoying one as this could see me becoming a pariah or worse. Another colleague has also duly noted her training as dismal and notified our superiors. Thank fuck she's being moved onto another department when I get back on Tuesday.
So, does everyone enjoy their colleagues' company or wish they would die/ suicidez? You also tend to realize that humans have not matured with age and are still the same two faced, childish fuck wits they were when they left school. Discuss your work lives and hates.

I get along with the people I work with like day to day, hang out with some of them outside of work and stuff. Then there's a broad circle of people that I interact with in the course of my job who I'm pretty sure dislike but tolerate me. It's pretty rare that anyone is actively shitty to me, or vice versa.

My company has 2 departments and I am the manager of 1. I have a great team and we all work together well. The other side of the house is a mess and is run by the daughter of the owners. They will not let the little princess fail and it rubs our department wrong in so many ways. We make the money and they take it from us to fix her fuck ups. That in turn brings our numbers down to a point where she looks good and we "suck". IDGAF! I get paid very well and I am going to ride it out as long as I can or the owners die in a fire.

my coworkers are hipster sjw's and junkies or morbidly depressed alcoholics. i always treat people who's opinion i don't value as an NPC basically so a lot of them i just use canned responses to their uninteresting questions or i just prod them and fuck with them while i act interested so i can see how dumb of shit they believe. the other half i get along with but we really just smoke weed/do drugs if we hang out
