Confessing to rape & murder I didn't commit in a letter to be found if I unexpectedly die.

2019-05-04 at 4:02 AM UTCI have this idea about looking up an unsolved local or semi local missing person, and then writing a letter (falsely) confessing that I raped & murdered her and hiding or storing the letter somewhere securely where it would be found and read if I were to die so that my family members won't be sad that about my passing. It might mess with their heads and emotions somewhat still, and maybe the case would be wrongfully documented as me raping & killing the person, but at least they won't be sad right? 👍The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire!

This is why investigators don't release all the information to the public. The real perpetrator and the police are the only two entities that know certain kinds of information. Also, if you do somehow manage to pull this off, you are basically making sure the person who did do it will never get caught.
If you're ok with that, i guess go for it. -

Thanks for pointing that out bro. I could just not give a specific name/case and basically say "in 20-- I abducted, raped, & murdered some girl/lady when I was half drunk and cruising around lower michigan" with made up details what I did with the body. -

If you're half normal, murdering another person should be a pretty intense experience. You would remember more details if you had actually did it.
If you intend to follow through with this you should start picking a case and start studying it now. -
