   He wasn't because a friend of my sisters ex husband knew him. and I met him. and his ex wife (though someone did suggest it was really his sister and they joked) is a Doctor. Alice.

   I will say that Jeff Hunter is a lot more common than I thought to be. Jeff Hunter the Sgt out in Sunnyvale, Jeff Hunter on one of the local news station and there is a Jeff Hunter Attorney in Walnut Creek.
   
   non related that I know of. but that officer kind of looks like him. but not related to this.
   
   and of course the on going joke Jeffry Hunter Cpt Pike from USS Enterprise (which in Star Trek 4 was about where the Ship got it's name from the USS Enterprise in Alameda NAS near San Francisco which is ongoing joke from there)
