    I've been to Publix and other stores and bought the best parmesan, fresh blocks, of all different brands and this stuff legit tastes like 2nd rate Chinese crap compared to the parmesan used in Italian restaurants, for example for chicken parmesan. Same is the case with mozzarella used to make pizzas, nothing I buy is remotely as stringy or gooey as real shit used on restaurant pizza, I have paid $30 for two small lumps of mozzarella, shit is just nowhere as good as restaurant cheese.

    What gives? Are the dagos controlling the cheese supply to make us reliant on Italian restaurants?
