    Bingo. Boss babe is very transactional. She's also extremely prideful and sensitive and her ego gets easily bruised. Boss baby doesn't ever engage in any form of conflict resolution... any problems she has in her life she just ignores. Denial is her only coping mechanism. Once you cross her severely enuff, one time, your relations with her will never again be fine.

    I've been over boss babe since the beginning of 2018. I'm extremely happy with and thankful for my current local girlfriend. No sour grapes here. Was just curious. I'm a Psychology major and boss babe is one of the most fascinating personalities ive encountered. You should stop trying to think and analyze... you're wrong all the time. I guess that's why you're a server and not a business owner. You couldn't even figure out I wasn't DH savior.

Deep down she knows they are shallow & petty. Howevern she just can't help herself. A psychologist or a cognitive-behavioral therapist could... but boss babes is way too prideful to ever admit she needs help.
