This forum needs a change, and I think if we all care about this "community" we all together need to step up, stop the hate, and re-unite. A lot of people here I've noticed have talents, and personality that are being wasted. And I think if we went in a more positive direction it would help us all. I'm not saying "oooh you should make ur Bill Krozby dogs like this" I'm saying we should point out each others attributes instead of the negative ones (or at least do it in a productive manner, unless they fucked your wife)
I'd personally like to see each and everyone of you succeed at something you love before you die, because you only have one life here on earth. at least this one anyways, so you may as well make the best of it.
Things are going to get rough for all of us pretty soon, and I'd like to know that, If I had a friend in chicago and was coming to texas, he can count on me, and If a buddy dude was in Holland and needed a place to stay, he could count on me.
and also I'd like to see more of you on tc, I miss by buddies like mark, and zokjr, and even my old cat bubba. They were all homies and thats what it's all about. We might even be able to stop the problems in Palestine and make it a safe place for people to go visit.

This is true. This place is becoming/has been so lame for a while now. I mean, what's the deal? We're just a bunch of fuckups who are like 25-30 who come on the internet to insult each other? Do we want to build those typical insecure teen male relationships where we're too insecure to talk about real shit so we just try to make ourselves feel better by talking shit to each other? There's nothing cool about that, it doesn't help anybody.
People were making fun of obbe the other day just for trying to give advice on how to be happy. It's not like he was being self righteous or anything, the advice basically amounted to being able to let things go and not have to control everything, and people started talking shit to him. Why? You're mad he's happy? Or also the other day, people were talking shit to mmq, who is probably one the funnier people I've met/talked to. He obviously has some issues, yet no one wants to encourage, just try to tear him down.

Nah, really. This place is shit. The contents of the underworld have been discussed to the point where losing a thought over them is redundant. I'm not going to debate what a soul is, either.
This forum is basically a virtual "Fight Club" without a cool song in the end. We come here to hurt eachother because our lives are so boring and meaningless. Well, at least that's my reason.
I used to make topics about literature, botany and chemistry and about funny stuff but either they got ignored or ran over by assholes trying to fight because I called them names before.
I don't go into the Tech forum and talk shit for example. I leave those people alone. None of my business. That's my positive contribution to the forum.

I don't think anyone here really gets offended by any of the single insults, but when this community becomes part of your life over the years, and you just associate with the same kind of people, it will kind of start to define your existence.
And that's kind of what I'm talking about with the "I don't think any of us are that weak." You don't have to be weak to not enjoy being criticized all the time. You can realize that insults won't necessarily destroy you, but that it's also not productive. I'm sure we all have better things we COULD be doing than sitting around talking shit, but that's precisely what happens time and time again. Are we all trying to prove something?

I only try to prove that my ideals and actions are reasonable and justified when it comes to windows.
