   ATM cameras and RPi cams are good for this btw. If you know what you're doing, you can set up hidden cams in your vehicle in the front bumper, behind window tint, etc. You can put a backup camera that is actually wired to a power bank and a DVR or laptop that constant records everything. Crackheads will steal dashcams, but they cant steal the aforementioned setup because they don't know that its present. This is a good way of catching people who case/ hit your car while its parked and you're away. You can also park a car like this infront of some place you want to case.

   Since you have data + power going over a single cable, it simplifies things a lot. You can have one cluster fuck of power banks and shit in one messy area, but then just one neat, easy to conceal cable going to a tiny pinhole cam that you can setup just about anywhere.

   You know attaching those tracking devices to drug dealers cars can be very profitable. Just leave it on for a few days then cross reference the first place he goes in the morning with the last places he visits at night. Then just stake the area out at night.
