These morons are their own worst enemy. They refuse to follow process and always want to jump the proper procedures. If she has a problem with her ID cards, she would have needed to contact each agency involved and correct the information there first. If she had of done that, she wouldn't have had any issues at this office. But because they're so ignorant and much too lazy to research the issue properly, they hold everyone else up, clog up the system, and end up to be a genuine burden on society.

I think that's outside. No way my 360 lb ass is doing g any rock climbing.
6 miles bike.
100 Cal worth of rowing machine, fast as I can
Bicep curl machine 8x3 100-120lb
Pectrocal machine thing, 8x3 at 90lb or so
Squat machine 10x3 at 300-400lb
1 mile fast as I can on the stationary bike, then 1 at recovery speed, then another fast as I can
That's about all I got right now.
I'll prolly do free weights n shit again when my wrist is 100%
Really need to be doing hip/core exercises, but I only see one machine that looks like it does core stuff
