MKULTRA plants in underground music

   I just realized one of my favorite musicians, Chad Valley, is probably a CIA plant/MKULTRA
   
   for one his band name is named after a toy company
   
   and he has a tattoo of a butterfly on his arm, the symbol of monarch mind control
   
   chill wave literally just came out of nowhere around 2013 at the same time that retro instagram enhancement appeared
   
   I know this all sounds crazy but it's what is
   
   So then what was it about Chillwave that the CIA thought could be used as a tool against the public
