I went in last week to move some money and the privacy screen was off and I saw win 98 with windows explorer wtf?
Old school shit,is this a move so they can be hacked or is this ploy to entrap would be hackers and shit.

Actually, using an older system could potentially reduce risk, since the system is a lot better understood. Updating an OS always carries risk, and that risk carries tremendous financial implications if we're talking about a bank, for example.

Heck, I'd prefer a bank that uses MS DOS with the simplest accounting application over something with hundreds of dependencies than can be exploited.
Simpler is always better.
