   Improper use of chown will fuck a lot of things up. I learned that the hard way.

   Linux is very user friendly, it is just very particular about who it's friends are.
   
   
   But on the real, don't mess too much with ownership of files, you can always `sudo chmod` the permissions on the directory or file or what have you.
