it's just called gabapentin, it doesn't actually hit GABA receptors. have you tried pregabalin? I find it to be much better, though I guess it depends in what you're actually using it for. -

I had some seizures when I was younger and in one sleep study a mild one or a sting of mild ones.
I take it for spine damage near L5 region (most common)
and it is a "Mood Stabelizer" or Anti depressant?
it shrinks cancer cells (in some forms of cancers) but only aides with other cancer treatment.
this is like an all around OK drug for most things but awesome on back pain. it's cheap as hell.. even without medical insurance, I think Walgreens and Walmart sell 30 for like 5 bucks?
no one gonna make money off of this old ass drug (that works pretty well) -
2019-04-09 at 3:11 PM UTCSorry to researchers in medical field, I know that companies have to make research money to continue researching.. not trying to impact sell value on new medication that might work much better.

Ditto. Not only do I have no desire whatsoever for benzos or alcohol, drinking 2 times since getting off (not enough to get drunk though) was literally painful, and ativan for my MRI simply made me feel retarded as hell, not fun at all.
Seroquel doesn't mess with gaba at all, it's fine for me (former 8mg xanax/diem for 4 years abuser).
Gabapentin is a good drug, I didn't know it doesn't work through gaba sites, but I guess that makes sense cuz it doesn't feel like a bezno really. I take 2700mg per day, going to ask my doctor if I can try Lyrica cuz I liked it when I had it and now it's generic so should be cheaper (no insurance YET, trying to get obamacare but they're dragging their asses with my app). Also Lyrica is stronger so it takes like half as much as gaba roughly, so it's better on your kidneys and whatnot long term.
I got 810 300mg gaba capsules, a 4 month supply all at once, WITHOUT insurance for like 60 bucks. I live off of goodrx. -

What are you diagnosed with? -
