Well done, I hope one day to say the same. Thanks to the much hated Margaret Thatcher, we get up to 50% discount off our homes; if lived in over 3 years. This is in due part to the "Right to buy scheme". Council properties but still a good investment. I'd like to fuck off and travel should I secure the one I'm living in now.

Wish mine was paid off, but I’m half way there. I may see if I can refi at a lower rate, and do it in less time.

Feels really good. Planning on using the money I'm saving to do the bathroom, doors and windows this year, want to paint the trim and rebuild the fence and maybe look at getting the stucco on the garage patched before winter too.

I'm only on an acre and its an old trailer but its hardly ever been lived in cuz it was a summer camp for 55 years,, but its paid off and all I need for my golden years
