I know you nigger don't live in the US, but how might one obtain a gun legally when he got a drug possession conviction? Does the gun loophole trick really work? I don't have access to a drill press, so I can't so those gun kit things either.

Is it possible to buy an antique gun and somehow buy ammo for it online? What is a cheap antique gun?

Do you live in the u.s.? Which state are you in?

Depending on which state you're in, its easy to buy a gun without a background check. This is subject to change as gun laws are constantly becoming more restrictive.

Here is a typical scenario for most states (as far as I know):

Only dealers (gun shops) are required by law to do a background check when selling a gun. Private transactions (buying from anyone not a dealer) do not require background checks. If you live in a state that requires universal background checks (even a private transaction requires a trip to a gun shop so that a dealer can do a background check on the behalf of the seller), then you can only buy a gun "off the streets", as the background check will fail if you're prohibited from ownership.

Now, should your state not have a "universal background check law", the non-dealer seller can only sell to you if they don't know that you're prohibited. So dont tell em that you're prohibited if you go this route, as if you're later caught with the gun illegally, the seller can say "I didn't know hes prohibited and am not required by law to run a background check", which covers the sellers ass. They would be breaking the law by selling to you if they had knowledge that you're prohibited.

I live in Minnesota, a big hunting state, so even though it's a pretty progressive state I don't think the gun laws are *TOO* restrictive.

I also have a concealed carry permit I got when I was living in Iowa, however MN does not accept Iowa permits as valid. Do you think that make it any easier to buy a gun back in Iowa from a priv seller, or even just in general if I showed it to people to be like yeah, lol I'm a card carrying citizen, 2A4L!

I cant be fucked to look up your states laws bro. Look it up. If you can't research the law then you probably shouldn't buy a gun.

See, this is why we can't have nice things. Because people are pussies.

OP just buy a fucking hand drill, some hand files, and a polymer 80 kit or something. You don't need a drill press.

I've never bought from a private sale, as I don't trust people. God only knows what the fuck they did to the poor gun in the past. I have seen some shit buying used cars before.
