The world is lost. all resources are owned by the elitist. you work but they will con your 20-30 years of hard work away from you. from bank accounts do to some BS lawsuite or legal fees to equity having a lean placed on it.

Weed was finally legalized to appease the Middle and Upper Middle class who love to get stoned and when AI takes over, so will China and it will invade the USA and it's stoned out citizens. so easy when everyone is high and the Military bases keep closing. -

maybe... just maybe... they legalized it because it's a relatively innocuous substance and prohibition was just a failed policy? Other drugs fulfill the police state agenda and this one can be taxed.

It wants to punch the strongest power in the face that is becoming sicker and losing strength (USA) while it invades USA's closest allies the Philipines and Japan. so it can build it's pacific fleet up along with the man made islands.
Russia will jump in and hit the east coast and take it. the central USA will still be America because it cant nuke the coastal states with relatives over there. -

China doesn't care. There's no benefit to offset the enormous cost of a land invasion - covering the landmass alone would be an enormous undertaking, dealing with armed insurrections and sieges across the country would be impossible given gun ownership. The only things of interest in the US to China are the financial institutions and the tech sector, neither of which would survive a major conflict regardless.
China has little interest in the Philippines or Japan; they have no intention of pushing past their claim on the island chain. The entire reason for their militarisation of them is because the US has been pushing Vietnam, the Philippines and Japan not to negotiate with China over the islands because they don't want the area to become a recognised Chinese EEZ. That would exclude their navy from exerting control over one of the world's busiest shipping lanes.
China, for its part, is mostly interested in breaking US strangleholds on major trade routes and creating its own such as the BRI/OBOR projects - for this it needs stability; war would make the negotiations and infrastructure creation much more difficult all across Eurasia. -

It's pretty telling to see the US freaking out about infrastructure projects of all things, seems like it's their greatest enemy sometimes considering how much they enjoy bombing it.
I like how they try and paint their dealings with Sri Lanka as a debt trap as though the IMF/world bank hasn't been doing this forever.
