Why do I even go to the gym?

    Well I just got back and I definitely don't regret it.

    I feel like all my masks fell off... me trying to be a tough guy, intimidating, etc. I just feel real, and content now.

    I feel much better after gym.

    I think good motivation to keep going is to get really fit, so when I go back to study I'll see how all the girls there treat me, and compare it to how they treated me 10 years ago when I was skinnyfat.

    Here's a reason to keep going: So you can reach the point where you finally begin to plateau, then use steroids and experience how cool it is to have supraphysiological levels of testosterone, the cascade of positive cognitive, behavioral, and physical shifts that occur, having muscle pack on and gaining strength at a rate you never dreamed would have been possible, recovering rapidly, losing fat while gaining muscle (This is not impossible/a myth.), having your muscle to body fat ratio skyrocket so you progressively look more ripped while gaining weight (Simplified example: If you're at 10% body fat at 100kgs you have 10kgs of fat, gain 100kgs of muscle while not losing a single pound of fat and it goes down to 5% body fat.), which is what occurred to me. I never had to cut.
