My bad on the off thread the other day that was in bad taste a lil bit. Anyway, i got a question for you-
Do you have a marijuana card or something? Aren't you concerned about getting random UA'd? Won't you like, potentially lose your license if that happens? I thought medical staff are prone to getting tested randomly, especially if you get hurt on the job, which is evenrually pretty likely working with the elderly/mentally handicapped who may end up hurting you intentionally or otherwise.

Medical marijuana doesn't excuse you from your employer drug testing you as it's not actually a prescription, it's a recommendation with legislation that makes it legal/more structured to provide patients with care.
They can test for nicotine if they want. Legality doesn't matter. It's all about that FDA approved prescription. That's what's protected.
