    You know, this is not a terrible ability. I have this too, and although I thought it was working against me, I feel that through observation in time; it is a natural process.

    I was thinking about how a lot of times the voice in my head is not always how my voice actually sounds; it's often my mother or my sister's voice. It is almost always in a higher register than my speaking voice. Never lower.
