    Right now still drinking. Liquor is the scourge of any weight loss plan.

    I have a stash of protein powder too. I will most definitely use that. I used to always mix it with milk, but water might be enough.

    It's actually kind of a long story.

    I once weighed 300 lbs.

    Then I worked my ass off, even stopped drinking for months at a time, and lost 100 lbs.

    But then, gradually, over the next few years I started letting myself go, went back to drinking every single night, and stopped exercising altogether.

    Now I've gained back about half of the 100 I lost.

    I've done it before tho, and I can do it again. Cutting out the drinking was the hardest part for me tho.
