What do these nootropics do for you? I just looked up what they are, do you feel distinct changes?
I don't really "feel" much different from them, but I'll notice that I'm not getting distracted as easily, and I'll find that my time management gets better
If I don't get enough sleep though, it has a much more noticeable effect
I also forgot a couple others that work for me, or work in certain conditions:
Aniracetam works well for me but only if I'm "getting overwhelmed" by too many things going on at once. It helps me mentally organize things better while not stressing out too much about things not going well. If I take it on a normal day though, I won't notice a difference
Oxiracetam is similar but can make work-related stress worse because it actually has mild stimulant properties
Any choline source helps headaches I occasionally get that are untreatable with painkillers. And if you take any of these ending in "-racetam", it increases the amount of choline that your brain uses (IIRC) so if you have a deficiency which most Americans do, you will get massive untreatable headaches. For this reason most people take a choline source any time they take any nootropics.
I've found Choline L-Bitartrate to be the best bang for your buck, but citicoline works better. Most people say beta-gpc is the best but I've never tried it
