People won't form communities in the fleshnet they'll form them via the metaverse or web as they sort of do now
eventually it's going to get to the point where overpopulation will actually become a thing and the handsome and well tanned individual infestation will get to catastrophic levels
you won't be able to own land and everyone will live in tiny studio apartments in towering buildings in suffocating megaopolises
in order to have a white only society you'll have to form it in VR or through traveling
