The Soviets tried to use the 'stealing of land' and 'jedis hate Muslims' to unite the Arab world against America via indoctrination and brainwashing/propaganda. By blaming Israel instead of naming America.
So people who want you to blame the jedis are working to create conditions to enable the influence, implementation, or adoption of the foreign policy of Russia, Iran and Hezbollah. They are going after America.

Opposition to Israel is a KGB propaganda strategy to reduce American influence in the middle east and promote hostility against America for those already inclined to reject American influence.
It still has momentum. People are still using it against America, even domestically within America.
Blame Israel and create conditions for government policy forced change due to high level social unrest causing the fabric of society to fall apart.
