   On my account ))<>(( I can't log in anymore. I'm sure I didn't change the password from what I had. The same thing in my password db should still work. This one I'm on now is my third account here. I can't access the first one either but that one could be my fault. I had to register the second account because the password recovery never sent the mail when I tried to recover the first account. But that username sucked anyway. And now there is no password recovery.

   Can you find any posts you made? vB stored usernames with special chars as html entities which ISS doesn't (because it's a dumb idea) so some people's usernames "changed" in terms of how you type them.
   The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire!

   Thanks, I figured out what my username is now, lol. I just converted to HTML entities until I found the ones it was using. I was hoping it would look correct on the front end but it seems the change is visible. Can anything be done, should I re-register it?

   Sweet, thanks. Now I wish I hadn't picked such a good username for my temp. Maybe you can delete it for reuse. Or make SpectraL use it.
