Why does my casserole dish have weird green lines on it?

   I was cleaning my casserole dish and noticed there were these green lines that didn't come off no matter what I did, scrubbed both sides pretty well and it's still there.
   
   It's like a discoloration of the glass, looks like this. Does anyone know what the hell this is?
