Well seeing as the website that once was &TOTSE is now no more, and it looks like there is a growing interest in reviving the site then I suggest someone take the initiative and use the money to host a wiki that can become the new replacement for the old TOTSE text file archive.
This wiki could be an archive for knowledge of any and all forms, a place where autists and scholars can jot down their thoughts and findings.
I know this idea sounds cheesy and dumb on the very surface but if given the proper love and care it could blossom into something very special.
It wouldn't just be about how to build explosives out of materials you can buy at the dollar store or 101 ways to hypnotize your sister into having sex with you, there could be actual educational stuff and eventually the wiki could be comprised of everything, any subject you could be interested in you can learn on the wiki.
It would go on to be the one and ultimate wiki of the web.

The problem is you’re trying to make this place into something it was never meant to be. This was meant to be a catch-all for a subset of a splintered community and it was designed for shitposting. The only thing that keeps people coming back is nostalgia for something that existed a long time ago and ties to a community that has an inflated sense of purpose. Don’t take yourself too seriously and enjoy the ride.
The following users say it would be alright if the author of this
post didn't die in a fire!

How can you make a wiki for something that is being revived

Usually the wiki comes last after something has been created first

This sounds a lot like what I'm currently working on. It's not a wiki though. It's actually a literal Totse.com clone.
