   The context is he is not following through on any campaign promises. War is eternal, there will never be a wall. America is Israel's dog and if Israel feels like it the Saudis can play with America too.

   Why even bother with a wall, surely a large sensor grid, drone patrols and a rapid reaction force spaced a decent intervals would be more effective and cheaper.

   cost of manpower to maintain would be much higher
   
   having a wall that slows interlopers down would essentially force them to attempt crossing at set areas, reducing the required range of the border force, as well as remove the requirement for them to be on constant high alert

    With shit like Twosense.AI and RF Capture, it isn't difficult to track everyone everywhere. Illegal aliens aren't recognized and documented by the AI, so they stand out. The same can be done with voice recognition AI. Sensors everywhere already eavesdrop on everyone's conversations, so the deep state is actively allowing illegals into the country on purpose.

Illegal aliens especially don't have much other means of communication. Sure, they can all get smartphones, but chances are they'll still be talking at some point. That can be used to pinpoint their location. Not hard to do.
