    See if you can expand one of the items and see what exactly they tried to connect to


    Basically what it means is that your computer or modem has ports listening, random computers tried to connect to them and were blocked. You'd want to find out what ports/services are currently listening and whether they need to be - having unnecessary services accepting connections from the internet can potentially be a security risk
