Trump will continue in office for a second term, and there's absolutely nothing these crazies can do about it. Real truth.

What a lot of dummies don't get is that they can dump all the dirt in the world on Trump, but unless they have a 2/3rds in both the House and the Senate, he ain't going nowhere. And there's no way in hell they can get 2/3rds, so it's already game over for them, no matter how much noise they make and no matter how many feet they stamp.

You're forgetting about the 25th amendment which states that if a president is convicted of a crime, the vice president automatically takes office. This is what WOULD Have happened with Johnson and Clinton had the Senate not pardoned their crimes. They were still impeached of course, but the trial is completely seperate from the impeachment process. Not that the senate would probably vote against him, although if he's found guilty the GOP might decide to disown him to save their own asses.

Although you know what, I hope this happens. I hope Trump doesn't get impeached. I hope the house supports him, and the GOP is finally seen as for the sham it is when it continues to support a convicted Trump.

Trump has already done a hell of a lot to discredit the Republican party and they are losing support en masse. Only 20% of Americans are republicans who voted for Trump, and that was at the election. Currently the number of registered republicans is dropping. More and more people are switching to either democrat or independent, and that's why the independents are largely right leaning at the moment. People do not support the GOP.

Once Trump is out of office, it is highly likely that with the push/pull nature of America's polarized politics, we're going to have a democrat anyway, and we're going to end up with a democratic majority again, like we had with Obama.

In the long run, Trump may have been the best gift to liberals and democrats yet, because he is completely discrediting the Republican party.

LOL so no matter what Trump may or may not be guilty of, you're claiming conservatives will never get behind impeachment.

But being a liberal is a mental disorder? Mkay

Yeah, I think people will be very surprised when the convictions come out. The GOP is not going to support a man who has been proven to be guilty. It would be absolute suicide for their party. You gotta wonder how many are supporting him out of actually supporting him, and how many are supporting him because he is the president and he's Republican. To go against him now, before he is convicted, would also discredit their party. But once he's convicted it will be 'okay' for them to completely change their tune and claim they never knew about all this.

Really don't think it's going to end well for him either way. There is no way he's going to get his crimes pardoned lol.

The Constitution requires a two-thirds super majority to convict a person being impeached. The Senate enters judgment on its decision, whether that be to convict or acquit, and a copy of the judgment is filed with the Secretary of State.

25th Amendment. The 25th Amendment, proposed by Congress and ratified by the states in the aftermath of the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, provides the procedures for replacing the president or vice president in the event of death, removal, resignation, or incapacitation.

No, I don't want to put Hilary in office, and you should do more research than skimming Wikipedia.
