   I flew a small two-person cessna when I was in air cadets many years ago.
   
   It had dual controls, though, so the trainer pilot gave me control for like 30 seconds before I started doing a nose dive and he had to take control back.
   
   And that was after weeks of ground school... I still fucked it up. :(
   
   But flying a plane isn't like driving a car. There's so many other factors that have to be dealt with and exponentially more things that can go wrong or otherwise throw you off balance.
