Dark Matter
[keratinize my mild-tasting blossoming]
I lost 100 pounds a couple years ago. It was a total life changer. Unfortunately, I let myself kinda lapse in the habits I worked so hard to forge and gained some of it back (close to half, sadly).
It kinda crept up almost imperceptibly at first.
But I know that I did it before and just have to rebuild those same habits to do it again.
And this time I plan to more vigilantly monitor various metrics (weight was one I just completely stopped measuring after a while) to help avoid lapsing again.

Yep. I've been there!
I gained 10 pounds and went up to 160lbs but am back at 155lbs. I was at 150lbs.
Looks like we all have a real struggle to talk about.
