Try this for four weeks and see if it helps. Every night before bed take 1/2 teaspoon of Magnesium Citrate dissolved in a half a glass of water. The stuff wont dissolve all the way but it don't taste bad so no big deal. It will help you sleep and most people are Magnesium deficient. Here are 16 signs of a magnesium deficiency.
Calcium deficiency Poor heart health Weakness Muscle cramps Tremors Nausea Anxiety High blood pressure Type II diabetes Respiratory issues Dizziness Fatigue Potassium deficiency Difficulty swallowing Poor memory Confusion
Magnesium Citrate creates water absorbtion to the intenstines, so the bowels can be flushed out. I will do nothing for anxiety.

they say it has a minor effect on the nmda receptors.. but yeah for the most part is a laxative/muscle relaxer in my experience.

See your all turned around. You are trying to fix whats wrong and not the cause of the problem in the first place, if you don't have enough of what your body needs it freaks out. And Magnesium Citrate does much more than clean out your shitter. Google it and get back to me. Wait What? Oh Shit. Who am I quoting? ARRGH I give up

cant you still get the glycinate type in a regular store tho? and anyways thats besides the point, sploo needs to get his anxiety lessened, but you probably wouldn't be much help considering you're a hermit kermit

The only way to successfully pull yourself out of chronic anxiety is to man up, pull yourself, kicking and screaming, into reality, of your own volition, and through your own sheer determination. Drugs won't help you do that. Powders won't help you do that. Shitting won't help you do that. You have to finally take command of the world, grab it by its two horns, and wrestle it to the ground, whether it likes it or not. Can you do that? Of course you can. It's only because you've convinced yourself that you can't that you don't. You are your own worst enemy, so it is yourself you first have to conquer.

Spoken just like someone who has never had an anxiety disorder.
IMO anxiety is the result of being too invested in reality.

pretty much this I'm an obsessive compulsive and what really makes a guy snap out of it is actually true grit. medication and vitamins isn't the answer. I know it sucks to hear it but we all know the truth on the inside whats happening to us. but its so easy for some people to curl up in fetal position and suck on their thumb. I know it sounds hard, but what one has to realize is that we are not perfect like we thouht we are, but we are perfect as in how god created us, and thats something you have to accept.
I've spent to many years worry about things that just don't matter, you're only here temporarily, so please make the best of it, the best you can.
I know it sounds kind of harsh but sploo could use being kicked out of his house for awhile. he's like baby huey
this is pretty much sploo in a nutshell . a big derpadew/dork
