Cocaine Nitrate

   I want to try cocaine nitrate and other obscure salts of drugs.
   
   I have tried both the hcl and sulfate salt of meth and I find the sulfate drip to be way worse and burns more.
   Also bundy citrate made from the hydrobromide salt is a classic, apparently you can make it into the phosphate or hcl salt but I haven't tried that yet.
   
   Have you tried any uncommon salt forms of drugs?

   I didn't even know there were different salts.
   
   I mean, it makes sense to me, but I'm too much of a chemistry noob to have realized that on my own.
   
   Can any transactinide be used to create a salt?
   
   Or maybe it's not something transactinides have in common but some other categorization.
   
   Phosphorous, Sulfur, Carbon, and Nitrogen are all transactinides though.

   Ah okay, so a salt is (according to Wikipedia) any ionic compound resulting from acid + base neutralizing.
   
   That makes sense.
   
   But I take it not all ionic compounds are salts, right?
   
   The two basic categories of compounds are molecular and ionic, right?
   
   But do ionic compounds encompass more than just so-called salts?

   Are there alternative free bases in the same way that there are alternative salts?

    I think the PPX is in freebase form in the cottons and they soak it in hydrochloric acid or something, I can't remember but yeah it's just made from OTC benzedrex inhalers.
    
    It's interesting how PPX is made, i'm pretty sure the industrial method is to make meth and convert it to propylhexedrine in one step with Adams catalyst, also known as platinum dioxide.

    I've only ever seen the NaHCO3 crack rocks...
    
    Maybe ammonia-made rocks WAY back in the day... this would have been close to 20 years ago, though. I have no recollection of what they'd have looked like.

    My dad made crack with ammonia and it was slightly yellow but looked like actual rocks and not a dried paste

    CORRECTION: I meant the category of non-metals. I was reading a periodic table poster I have and misread the category.
