prey too jesus faggot, i thought you were religious now and turning your life around. I dunno I'd be in a constant panic attack if i was a virgin at your age and lived in my parents basement.
Ha!, you probably just have severe Generalized Anxiety Disorder. Symptoms include waking up and sweating profusely, increased heart rate and feelings of impending doom and overwhelming panic that drains all energy.
Not being able to breathe around people
And wanting to die to end it all.
Drugs don't help, they mostly just aggravates it. You are thinking the right idea with beer stimulating the GABA receptor but Xanax is better for a true panic disorder.
Heres the scale, I was diagnosed with all kinds of panic, mood and anxiety disorders. Also if you get professional help the best you well get is CBT, low dose xanax, ativan and mirtazapine or maybe another SSRI type drug.
It used to torment me every day and I cut myself with a box cutter a bunch of times, did meth and heroin and it seems to have cured my anxiety. I think I broke that part of my brain. You probably shouldn't do hard drugs but like, maybe some soul searching and following your heart or pursuing something will help.
Go for walks, excersize is what therapists will say. Medical help is gay as fuck fuck therapy.
Phenibut, start at 250mg 2x, stay there for 5-7 days, then increase up to 500mg per dose 3x as needed. It's dirt cheap, you are pathetic if you can't afford it or still can't manage to order things online.

Try this for four weeks and see if it helps. Every night before bed take 1/2 teaspoon of Magnesium Citrate dissolved in a half a glass of water. The stuff wont dissolve all the way but it don't taste bad so no big deal. It will help you sleep and most people are Magnesium deficient. Here are 16 signs of a magnesium deficiency.

This is the regimen that's recommended when prescribed in Eastern Europe. I used it myself for 6-8 weeks and the effects built up to be incredibly powerful, much stronger than a single large dose felt before this. I also stopped the regimen rapidly and experienced no withdrawal.
