2019-02-10 at 10:33 PM UTCBack when I got banned on totse for spamming goatse and tubgirl everywhere, they shrunk the images afterwards. So there was no longer the possibility of a giant picture of dicks you had to scroll past, just smaller pictures. That made it easier.
I don't see why it would be difficult to just enhancement out that one image he keeps spamming, or have a enhancement that checks whether or not a post is a duplicate or partial duplicate of another one before allowing it to go through. -

Yeah, totse constrained pictures to 100x100 after that from what I remember.
This site limits them to 500px in the vertical direction. Which is sensible enough.
Finny has posted Bill Krozby's junk from multiple image hosting sites.
A sensible site would insist on hosting all images itself, but that is a whole other huge mess of code.
I don't think Finny really gets how easy it is for Lanny to delete a poster and his entire history. It's like one click on the Spam button, or maybe two - when he's logged in at least. The only thing Finny does by posting the same maximum_number_of_images all over the place is make everyone dislike him. -

I apologize if I'm wrong, because I have no qualms with Spectral himself, but someone who ticks all the following boxes:
A) Has a history of having tons of alts.
B) Is one of the first people to always rush to defend the virtues of infinityshock's campaign.
C) Criticizes Lanny all the time to the point that it seems some kind of personal gripe.
D) Probably has the technical know-how to evade the usual forum-protection protocols.
...Is kinda screaming "I'm infinityshock."
I could totally be wrong though, and turning this into a witch hunt is silly, but the above theory has crossed my mind. -

I give you my word on the spirit of the Temple that infinityshock is his own man. I'm not him. And also, I have no feud with Lanny at all, I simply point out his numerous failings and errors. I just tell it like it really is, and nobody likes that. Lanny is the one who caused this issue, by harassing users he personally didn't like while arbitrarily ignoring others who were doing the exact same thing, including even himself (I already posted all Lanny's shit posts in the meat thread, including ones he himself posted after he already warned in-thread that anyone who posted off-topic from that point on would be banned). "Do as I say, not as I do." That riles me. That's not the way the Totse crew should operate, and Lanny is flying this entire site under the Totse flag as we speak. It's Lanny who has the vendettas, not I. He caused this problem, not anyone else. -

I wouldn't even care that much really if it even was you, or Ghost/Scron (it's also occurred to me that it could be him, but I like the guy so I wouldn't immediately hate him for it if I found out it was him)...
There are a few here who have come to mind in the context of the question; "who is infinityshock?"
