No, they aren't, since the EU isn't an instrument of German dominance, it just pretends like it is so Germans will bankroll it.

For instance jedis are amazingly privileged, but due to their small size consider themselves victims. OTOH blacks consider that they will rise to greatness as a result of their expanding population.
