Lanny, since you clearly don’t care how many profiles one person has - how about at least limiting how many threads the alt’s can make?
Like maybe use post count as a trigger.
50 posts before you can make a thread
100 posts before you can make 2 in one day
And no one should be allowed to make more than 3 in one day ... it’s stupid. Personally I think more than 2 a day is excessive for anyone

So...each member sets their own limit per page.
ERGO -- unless each member revealed how many posts they have designated to be displayed per page the game is invalid before it begins. I'd opt out unless all the playing field was designed to ensure equality.

What some of you DH'ers don't understand is that we don't have close to 100% bullshit/gossip threads like you guys probably did. And we can actually ban people like cuppo and fin when they get out of hand, bc I guess you guys couldn't ban people for some reason.
This forum is actually intended to be a topical forum, even though half of it inevitably becomes SG bullshiting, and some people (Bill Krozby) have abused SG by putting every thread they make an SG thread. This understandably gets on Lanny's nerves, as well as mine a little bit.
Also, we do have quite a few users who pretty much only post in the topical forums and ignore SG and HB altogether. That's pretty much what I've been doing as of late, but I have my moments when I want to cumune in the holy sacraments with my peers.
Restricting people from posting quality topical threads would make this site worse. A lot. Even restricting SG would be a terrible idea.

I know i like this site so much more. Its refreshing. I left dh a year or so before it closed. Maybe more honestly cuz thats all it was, gossip mongers
