this all stems from me trying to follow the legal wording of a contract that I actually had a professional read and see if cloning was allowed,, the contract only says "no sales or seed producing or there product it says you cant sell clones or seed or plants,, it said seed production will not work cuz its hybrid and the genes will divert back to one or the other parent making it worthless but nowhere does it say we as the purchaser of the seed cant clone for our own use and this cocksucker cussed me out for pointing this out to him.
I was polite till he cussed me out instead of thanking me for pointing out the loophole.. I mean I coulda just bought the seed and cloned the fuck out of it and he woulda never been the wiser but I was trying to be 100% honest with the cocksucker and it ws clear what I wanted to do was NOT listed as a breach of contract.

FYI: Legally, a contract has no infinite binding authority.
A contract is agreed to so it can be "broken". (Check the truth of that statement with your licensed legal advisor.)

All that a clone is is a division of a plant. The plants are genetically identical so it could be argued that they are more or less the same plant, though they apparently reset the age clock.

I am familiar with growing but it seems the seed is almost autoflower, the site has lots of info but its serious that I dont mess up so I need proper info on how to grow mothers and not induce flowering.

nowhere does it say the purchaser of the seed can not make his own clones,, it only states NO THIRD PARTY access
Two things: (1) no property rights are given to recipient. That means if JH says "you can't do that with our germplasm", you can't do it. (2) Why are you arguing with the guy who wrote the document? Do you think that's a good way to get what you want? I just told you that cloning is not permitted, the conversation is documented, and JH retains all ownership of the germplasm. We make seeds so farmers can grow them, not propagate cuttings from the plants.
then you should state that in the Material agreement.

The MTA will be changed and updated by later this morning to accurately reflect the policy we have had in place for 5 years. We sincerely do not appreciate attempts by people to subvert the intention of our work. We provide the highest quality seed stock that can go into a field and encourage farmers to buy more seed rather than cloning because seed plants are more healthy and better producers in the field. We discourage cloning to make farmers successful--this is a really important point. I'm sorry that doesn't compute for your business model, but it's the entire raison d'être of our business.
