Aldra,
Could be a security concern, I agree with you! But he certainly could share his discussions with our intelligence agencies. Oh, that’s right, they’re all corrupt. Every single damn one of em, yeah right!

israel repeatedly tries to drag the US into regional wars, Saudi Arabia was largely responsible for the 9/11 attacks, yet Russia is the bogeyman? Even if there were evidence for the Russian state (or even independent Russians I guess) significantly affecting the 2016 US election it's absurd.
Is this normal procedure? Is the president required to submit his discussions with foreign heads of state to intelligence agencies?

Lol. I’d say our biggest adversary would be those who’ve actually attacked us and killed us. Like Islam

Our #1 adversary. Not some country that doesn’t attack or kill us. I’d say Russia isnt in the top 20.

Did I mention Russian hacking in the OP? Don't think so. But, if you believe that I'd trust a known liar over our intelligence agencies, you are wrong.israel repeatedly tries to drag the US into regional wars, Saudi Arabia was largely responsible for the 9/11 attacks, yet Russia is the bogeyman? Even if there were evidence for the Russian state (or even independent Russians I guess) significantly affecting the 2016 US election it's absurd.
Like I said in the OP: "I don’t care if you think our reasons for being adversaries are unfounded, that’s not the point". I'm dealing with the here and now, and as of now, Russia is still our adversary. Doesn't matter how we got here now, this is where we are, and it needs to be handled with great strategy. Trump needs to discuss these ideas with his advisors who have far more experience in foreign affairs than trump does.Is this normal procedure? Is the president required to submit his discussions with foreign heads of state to intelligence agencies?
It is certainly NOT normal for him not to at least confide in those who have far more knowledge on how to handle discussions with a known enemy. Do you not agree that since the lines of communication are open, that the first thing our country (represented by trump) should do is work on our relationship? If trump was working on our relationships, he'd come back from those meetings bragging about how he has started us on a road to a better relationship with Russia. Don't fool yourself, He's not doing anything to help the US and Russian relations. He's only strengthening his private relationship with Putin, nothing more.Operation Phoenix

There is corruption in every part of government, and for that matter, businesses. Of course there have been fuck ups due to fucked up people. But, for the most part, I absolutely trust our intelligence agencies. -

srsly that book is a research gold mine and the problem is that people are just too lazy to research for themselves. -
