I'm so glad I'm retired and not getting called out in this shit to fix someone's furnace. Got down to -5 here last night with a high in the single digits today.

My Lennox Pulse furnace is like the Energizer Bunny. It just keeps running and running. I built it from 2 sequentially numbered furnaces after I sold a customer 2 complete systems. Lennox had an issue with their secondary heat ex c h a n g e r s leaking at solder joints and another company had butchered the furnace cabinet replacing the heat exchanger with a new one using non-corrosive flux. The other furnace they had replaced the blower wheel and must have dropped the wheel because the furnace was trying to walk across the floor like an out of balance washing machine. I got called out because the lady had her siding replaced and that company screwed up the disconnect box on the side of her house causing her A/C to not work. Her other A/C had a condenser fan motor with bad bearings.

I took the two Pulse furnaces home and took the heat exchanger out of the butchered cabinet and installed it into the good cabinet. I removed the out of balance blower and installed the good blower. I also removed the gas valve, purge blower, ignition control, etc. to have as spares. I also installed a 5" Honeywell media enhancement frame and enhancement that I had salvaged from the junk pile as well as installing a hammock enhancement inside the blower compartment to trap anything that got past the media enhancement and/or the blower door. I ended up with a 95+% furnace for zero dollars. That was probably 15 years ago.

This changing your words is fucking annoying and childish.
