ultrasound is one of the only kinds of sound that can be put into a narrow beam, but if you go high enough, into GHz frequency, it no longer travels through the air because the frequency is too similar to the oscillation frequency of the air molecules colliding, so it only works in solids and some liquids. But that means, if you're leaning up against something, and they had the right transducer implanted in it, they could send mind-control ultrasound frequency into your body.
That's why the Audio Spotlight works, and I know most of the people here don't have a couple thousand dollars to dish out on it to find out whether or not it really works, but it does. It has been proven.
Anyhow, that page just links to transmitter schematic as an example. A device for this purpose could be fairly simple, with no real need for software, unless you're trying to voice-duplicate, or get the output more precise and in that case you'd probably want an oscilloscope and DIY EEG device to configure your algorithms. I'm sure there are people here who could create a working version of the patent device. I could do it just skimming over the patent if I had enough time, but it'll take some fine-tuning to get it right. A complete guide for this online would be revolutionary. Think about that, one currently doesn't exist. This would be a game-chang-er, and they'd probably try to remove the information. The Army took its V2K page down, because they didn't want to be linked to all the gang-stalking stuff, all the electronic torture.
But if any random person could get ahold of this tech because the process were made easier for random people to understand, combine it with something like CreepyDOL

This could actually help people who are being harassed with this technology in the long run, but it would take a while. There'd still be plenty of time for us to have fun with the technology, probably a couple years at least.

No. That has little to do with anything. A lot of mods and admins got doxxed, some which weren't directly doing anything bad, but they were considered guilty by association. The main reason totse went down was this faggoty group called I-Defense along with the FBI which is contracted through the Department of Defense because they felt the information on totse was a threat to national security or corporate interests. Same thing happened to Roguesci.org
Jeff Hunter was stressed out by all the bullshit linked to his site, the trolls purposely getting his site negative attention. He also just wanted to move on with his life. So that was a big part of it, wanting to get away from the past. Zok closed his site because of many of the same reasons, mostly stress caused by idiots with a vendetta against him and other staff members.The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire! -

With ultrasound, the energy is going to rapidly deplete as it moves outward and gets absorbed by the medium (air). Sort of like ELF electromagnetic waves compared to, for example, microwaves. ELF can travel a lot further with it's much longer wavelength, infrasound can travel through a much thicker material than ultrasound which usually just bounces off things.. Test your app with an audio spotlight. Whether or not it picks up the ultrasound doesn't really matter, because the microphones are so sensitive that they can pick up the audible sound as well, even if no one else can hear it. Microphones in modern smartphones can pick up a lot of things the human ear doesn't notice. That's partly how they track people for advertising purposes. Even if your phone seems to be turned off, and it's set in a box, or in your pocket, it can still pick up enough of your conversations to customize advertisements.
So it may pick up the ultrasound, but it'll probably also pick up the audible sound since it should travel further, even if the human ear a couple feet away can't hear it. -
