Seemed to have significantly healed my spider bites... fresh oxygenated blood was pumped throughout my body, especially through the extremities ...resulting in accelerated tissue healing. With proper hydration, nutrition, and rest... they could disappear as early as the middle of next week.👍

I actually live what is considered a healthy life style. Only about 3% of US citizens do.

It's hardly living if you're too fat to hike a mountain and too diabetic to get your dick to work right, and you get winded rolling the trash cans outside. But yeah- junk food and cigarettes are pretty life affirming too.

Hike a mountain or watch someone else hiking a mountain on youtube while you sit in the warm comfort of your home chowing down on a gallon of rocky road ice cream, YOU DECIDE.

I’m on prednisone for a sinus infection and I feel awesome.
I guess I’ve never been on it before. Couldn’t sleep very well, but I’m not tired and I already did 100 push-ups today.
Great mood. Highly recommend 👍🏻

It actually feels good to be healthy. I ran for 60 minutes today and I feel great.
A low resting heart rate is very comfortable. Plus the looks. Also not getting sick often. And also knowing I'm better than most.
